National Roofing Contractors Association (NRCA)
As an active member and appointee to the National Roofing Contractors Association (NRCA), Brad works at the national level to shape the policies, standards, and future of the American roofing industry.
Residential Roofing Committee
Brad serves on the Residential Roofing Committee, where he identifies critical issues affecting residential contractors nationwide. The committee develops recommendations for new programs that support the residential trade, improve consumer protection, and elevate the standard of craftsmanship across the country.
Workforce Development Committee
To combat the severe labor shortages facing the trades, Brad was appointed to the Workforce Development Committee. Here, he helps develop recruitment tools, training pathways, and career-awareness initiatives. The committee's work shapes national programs including NRCA ProCertification®, Training for Roof Application Careers (TRAC), and strategic partnerships with SkillsUSA and CTE schools to promote roofing as a highly desirable career path for the next generation.
Feeding the Future Project, Inc.
Brad is the Founder, President, and Chairman of the Feeding the Future Project (FFTFP), a mission-driven 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to creating sustainable, long-term impact through charitable outreach, community partnerships, and resource mobilization.
Integrated directly into the Capital City Roofing operating model, a portion of every project funds the Feeding the Future Project. This ensures that as the business scales, its capacity to serve and uplift vulnerable populations scales with it.
