As an active leader, appointee, and committee member with the National Roofing Contractors Association (NRCA), Brad works at the national level to shape operational policies, craft standards, and technology adoption across the American roofing industry.
Residential Roofing Committee
Brad serves on the Residential Roofing Committee, where he identifies critical issues affecting residential contractors nationwide. The committee develops recommendations for new programs that support the residential trade, improve consumer protection, and elevate the standard of craftsmanship across the country.
Workforce Development Committee
To combat the severe labor shortages facing the trades, Brad was appointed to the Workforce Development Committee. Here, he helps develop recruitment tools, training pathways, and career-awareness initiatives. The committee's work shapes national programs including NRCA ProCertification®, Training for Roof Application Careers (TRAC), and strategic partnerships with SkillsUSA and CTE schools to promote roofing as a highly desirable career path for the next generation.
AI Committee
As artificial intelligence transforms estimating, customer communication, and field workflows, Brad serves on the NRCA AI Committee. Drawing from his work as Co-Founder and CEO of BuilderLync and co-founder and CEO of Airus Advisory (focusing on AI coaching, consulting, and implementation), he helps evaluate practical generative AI frameworks, safety standards, and operational guidelines for contractors nationwide.

Beyond trade committees, Brad brings field-tested leadership to national governing boards, technology consortiums, and executive councils shaping the future of construction:
- Roofing Technology Think Tank (RT3) Board of Directors: Collaborating with industry innovators to evaluate emerging software, automation, and AI tools modernizing roofing operations.
- National Roofing Apprenticeship Program (NRAP) Board of Directors: Designing accredited apprenticeship standards and structured on-the-job training tracks for rising tradespeople.
- The Roofing Alliance (Guarantor Member): CCR is a Guarantor Member supporting research, education, and long-term sustainability initiatives across the roofing industry.

Feeding the Future Project, Inc.
Brad is the Founder and Chairman of the Feeding the Future Project, Inc. (FFTFP), a mission-driven 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to creating sustainable, long-term impact through charitable outreach, community partnerships, and resource mobilization.
Integrated directly into the Capital City Roofing operating model, a portion of every project funds the Feeding the Future Project. This ensures that as the business scales, its capacity to serve and uplift vulnerable populations scales with it.
